Why I built it
Designers reach for gradients, noise, and shader effects constantly, but the good ones live in raw GLSL or heavy 3D apps. I wanted a place where you could design a shader visually and leave with production-ready code — no graphics programming required.
What it solves
Shader-driven visuals are locked behind WebGL knowledge: non-technical designers can’t ship them and developers burn hours hand-tuning parameters. HueGrid closes that gap by making the effect editable in the browser and exportable as code.
What it does
- Visual generators for gradients, patterns, dither, ASCII, and mockups.
- Exports ready-to-paste code components for the web, Framer, and Webflow.
- A Figma plugin so the whole toolkit lives inside your design file.
- MCP integration for AI-native, prompt-driven workflows.
